Mississippi Library Association AwardThe Mississippi Library Association selected Bill Fitzhugh's 'Cross Dressing' as the winner of the 2002 Mississippi Authors award for fiction. R. Scott Brunner received the award for non-fiction for his book 'Due South'. The awards were presented in Hattiesburg, MS in the fall of 2002. The Lefty Award On March 23, 2001 attendees of Left Coast Crime 12 (in Portland, OR) bestowed The Lefty Award, honoring the Funniest Novel of 2001.
